Imagine, your sitting at your desk at work and you start to hear a noise, a low humming sound, as the sound gets louder you frantically look around to see where its coming from, but none of your colleagues can hear it and the sound just keeps getting louder, its painful now and almost pulls you to your knees, it’s only then you realize that the sound is coming from your own head.

Now, imagine that it’s not a medical problem and you’re not losing your mind. Now imagine that in fact this was a deliberate act by an unknown assailant and you were specifically targeted for reasons only they know. They can reach you from anywhere, unseen and undetected.

The public initially became aware of something called “Havana Syndrome” when a small group of US diplomats and intelligence officers were stationed at the US embassy in Havana, Cuba first started reporting a strange illness. The symptoms of which were

Intense head pressure, extreme ear pain, dizziness, cognitive difficulties, a perceived loud buzzing noise and trouble with vision.

The strange thing in this instance was the fact that those affected at this time reported that the symptoms would simply go away once they moved into another room, or away from a certain area of the building.
